Linda McCartney foods has been at the fore-front of vegan & vegetarian products since Linda started the company around 30 years ago. They have helped so many people eat less meat & encourage people to go vegetarian & vegan. They have a massive vegan range now & I remember when I first went vegan their products really helped me and my family. It was a proud moment when they got in touch and asked to collaborate with me. I created 3 simple recipes using their products to be served on their veguacation tour – which was a tour to try and get students & member of the public to sample how good their products are and hope to get more people eating vegan – many people had vegan food for the first time. I joined them on the tour in London, Liverpool & Bristol. They feedback was incredible and I could not believe how many people tasted the the food. Thanks so much to Linda McCartney food’s for collaborating with me – hopefully I will work with them again in the future.
