I decided to give you an exclusive recipe from my yup coming debut cookbook #Vegan100 which is out in just a few weeks!! Melt in the middle chocolate puddings…another SEXY one! They actually make the perfect Christmas pudding. I’m a bigger fan of chocolate pudding than a traditntal pudding so if you’re like me, you will love these!! Called Chocolate Fondants in my book these puddings are irresistible and very simple to make. You can make the cake mix using a gluten free self raising blend if you are gluten sensitive.
