Hey Guys,
Here’s is a really tired me after a week of shooting pictures everyday for my up coming coming debut cook book with Simon Smith. Although it was exhausting, creating the food pictures was incredible.
Stay tuned to the next episode where I will be getting ready for the front cover photo shoot..!! I am over the moon this is all happening to me. I still can’t quite believe it.
I would like to thank you all for your support – with out you guys I wouldn’t be making this book. I am hugely proud of the book, the process & deadlines were tough but I have some incredible recipes going into it & I think it will be the first vegan book of its kind.
