I decided to show you 3 beautiful Christmas vegetable side dishes that are packed full of incredible flavours. They are also really simple to make. The cauliflower cheese is to die for, along with the sweet, caramelised carrots & beets. Not forgetting my Christmas sprouts with a slight twist thanks to some smoky coconut bacon.
